For council tenants and properties

The Plan Builder is a helpful tool for exploring potential improvements to council properties. However, all upgrades to council-owned homes are delivered as part of a scheduled programme of works managed by the council. The council makes use of Plan Builder to develop programmes of work. You do not need to contact the council to request the suggested works.
